When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address (if given), property address, the services you're interested in, and property details like size and number of stories. If you choose to attach a photo of the area to be cleaned, we store that photo as well.
We also use Google Analytics to understand general site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This is aggregate, standard web analytics — it is not tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit the quote form.
How we use it
Quote request details are used only to prepare your estimate, contact you about scheduling, and complete the job you hire us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your request or serving you as a customer.
How it's stored
Quote requests are stored in a secure database. Any photo you attach is stored with a cloud storage provider. Quote details are also emailed to BrightCoast Exterior Wash Co. so we can follow up with you — that email is sent through a third-party transactional email provider used only to deliver that message.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us using the details below. Attaching a photo to your quote request is always optional.
